2. Installment / BNPL Orders

  1. Orders placed under Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) or installment plans cannot be canceled once approved and processed.
  2. Any advance payment made for installment orders is non-refundable after approval, unless cancellation is approved before shipment.

3. Cancellation by MobileInstallment.com

MobileInstallment.com reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to:

  1. Product unavailability
  2. Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  3. Failed verification or eligibility checks
  4. Suspected fraudulent activity
  5. Violation of Terms & Conditions

In such cases, any amount paid by the customer will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  1. If an order is canceled before shipment, eligible refunds will be processed.
  2. Refunds will be made through the original payment method or bank transfer.
  3. Refund processing may take 7–14 working days.

5. Delivery Charges

  1. Any delivery or service charges already incurred may be deducted from the refund amount, unless the cancellation is due to our error.
